IO1 – EYEE COMMUNITY
eyee.eu is an online community of youngsters, startuppers, entrepreneurs, professionals, trainers and teachers.
The online platform has e-learning contents, mentoring activities, networking opportunities and support for youngsters that intend to first think and then realize a new business.
IO2 – EUROPEAN ETHICAL ENTREPRENEUR PROFILE
Discover the profile of the ethical young entrepreneur in Europe today.
The European ethical entrepreneur ideal profile is set as the learners’ goal to achieve in the e-learning and training activities and in the reality.
IO3 – ASSESSMENT, VALIDATION AND RECOGNITION OF SKILLS CONCERNING THE EUROPEAN ETHICAL ENTREPRENEUR
How to assess a mix of formal, informal and non formal competences and skills involved in an Ethical Entrepreneurship Education path?
After a research of the best country case studies in Europe, EYEE project proposes a system of assessment, validation and recognition of skills necessary to become a young entrepreneur of tomorrow in Europe.
IO4 – MENTORING PROGRAMME FOR ETHICAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
EYEE project implements a mentoring programme to support the youngsters trained into an Ethics and Entrepreneurship Education path.
Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experience or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person.
EYEE project offers to youngsters and students multiple mentoring approach, in the first steps of the training, and one-to-one mentoring approach in the deeper steps of the training.
IO5 – THE EYEE TWELVE STEPS TRAINING PROGRAMME
EYEE project delivers to youngsters and students a training programme to develop hard and soft skills fundamental to become an entrepreneur with strong ethics.
EYEE Training Programme is based on 12 Steps, divided among 3 levels:
Green Circle path – easy – suitable for beginners
Blue Square path – moderate – challenging to some riders
Black Diamond path – intended for experts
IO6 – ETHICAL BUSINESS IDEA LAB
Ethical Business Idea Lab introduces 2 new online levels of training:
Black Diamond Extreme – a path to develop the idea into a concrete plan of action
Black Diamond Severe – an offer of a specialized equipment to make the idea realized
